1. Eligibility for Returns

At Souqblu, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of dropshipping, our return policy applies under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days with clear images of the received item.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate wear, personal hygiene products, or customized orders, are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@souqblu.com within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and attaching photos (if applicable).
2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3. Return Shipping:
   • If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a free replacement or refund without requiring a return.
   • In some cases, customers may need to return the product to a local or supplier’s warehouse, with shipping costs covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

• Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after placing them. After this period, cancellation is not possible.
• Address Changes: Address modifications are only allowed before order processing begins.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• The item is lost in transit.
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The order was canceled within the allowed time frame.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Delays in shipping due to customs or external factors.
• Change of mind after receiving the product.
• Incorrect address provided by the customer.
